Frequently asked questions
Is the audit really free?
The base audit: yes, we ask for no money. In exchange you agree to receive CoreDigify news and offers; unsubscribe any time with the link in every e-mail, and the report stays yours. The PRO audit (fix plan, UX audit) is paid — you order it only if you want it and see the price before paying.
What do you do with my data?
We use your name, e-mail and phone to send the report and — if you agreed — to send news and offers. We do not store your IP address, only a one-way checksum of it to limit abuse. The data is kept for up to 12 months and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Does the AI make up numbers?
No. Every number comes from a measurement — Google PageSpeed and our own checks. The AI only explains the results and suggests an order of work, and its texts are labelled «AI assessment». If something could not be measured, the report says «not available» instead of guessing.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 minutes. For slower sites the Google PageSpeed measurement can take longer — you see every finished step on screen.
Do you change anything on my site?
No. We only read what any visitor sees: the page HTML, robots.txt, the sitemap and HTTP headers. We install nothing, log in nowhere and submit no forms.
What happens after the audit?
You owe us nothing. You can fix things yourself using the task list — each item says whether you can do it on your own. The report also includes a growth plan — steps beyond the website. If you would like us to do the work, tick «I want a binding offer» below the report and a specialist will prepare it.
