What this internship is about

You will work on an internal product with a frontend and a backend part. The work goes step by step, with mentor support and regular code review — the way it actually happens in a team.

• Working with Git and GitHub: branch, commit, pull request, review
• A tidy code structure, and why it matters from the first project
• Checking your own work before you call it done
• An internship portal where you see your tasks, schedule and score

How the selection works

1. Fill in the application — about 5 minutes.
2. If it looks promising, we send an entrance test (about 45 minutes): basics, code reading and one small practical task.
3. A short call about your solution.
4. You get an answer either way.

You may use AI tools — including in the test. We use them every day. What matters to us is whether you can explain what you submitted.

What we expect from you

• Asking when you are stuck — rather than going quiet for three days
• Writing down what you did (the daily report takes a couple of minutes)
• Keeping to the agreed schedule, and saying early when something changes
• Treating client data as if it were your own

Practical details

• Remote, with the option to work on site in Riga from time to time
• Flexible schedule, arranged around your lectures
• Unpaid internship
• At the end — an honest reference and work you can show in a portfolio
• The hours and tasks your school diary needs are visible in the portal, so the school report takes minutes
